Jennifer Hibma

Jennifer E. Hibma, PharmD, is a Clinical Pharmacologist & Pharmacometrician with expertise in Modeling and Simulation (M&S) for small molecules, monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), and bispecific compounds. She joined Pfizer Inc. in 2015, bringing her extensive experience and expertise as a speaker in the field of Model-Informed Drug Development (MIDD).

Throughout her career at Pfizer, Jennifer has made significant contributions to numerous oncology programs. She has been involved in the submission packages of various compounds, including lorlatinib, inotuzumab ozogamicin, gentuzumab ozogamicin, dacomitinib, avelumab in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and urothelial carcinoma (UC), encorafenib+binimetinib, and elranatamab. In these projects, she applied her expertise in population pharmacokinetics (PK), ECG-PK, exposure-response analyses, survival modeling, and PKPD analyses.

Jennifer's dedication to advancing the field of Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics is reflected in her active involvement in academia and industry collaborations. Jennifer completed her Postdoctoral Research Scholar, Clinical Pharmacology Training Fellowship at the Department of Bioengineering and Therapeutic Sciences (BTS) at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) under the guidance of Dr. Savic and Dr. Giacomini. She has since continued her affiliation with UCSF as a WOS faculty member for BTS and serves on the Industry Educational Advisory Board for the UCSF School of Pharmacy.
